- Fee should be paid by the 10th of every month.

Parents/Guardians who fail to make the payments by the 10th will have to pay a fine of Rs. 10/- per day till the 20th of the month. Thereafter, the name of the defaulter will not be kept on rolls and late fine will be charged from the due date.

The examination fee should be deposited in the month of September 2025 and January 2026 respectively.

Parents kindly note that they have to pay the fee of two months simultaneously as per the following schedule:
- May and June (2026)
- February and March (2027)
- Rs. 50/- will be charged for Duplicate Fee Receipt.

One month notice or a month’s fee must be deposited before the withdrawal of your ward.

Only quarterly payments of fee in advance will be accepted by cheque.

In case a cheque is dishonoured, then the penalty will be charged from the issuer along with the dues.

Fee structure is subject to change after the approval of D.O.E. around 10%.
